Aldrith and Anslo...I kind of hate to point this out, but Vea technically has a 200m ISK bid on well, just about everyone at the moment.

I had considered bidding on Luna, but, well, my pockets do not run as deep as others so I will have to sit this event out.

In addition to keeping my 200m ISK bit on all except Ms. Lianne, I will increase my bids to 500m on Ms. Aspenstar and 500m on Mr. Shutaq. Should I win, I would like to make arrangements for another night than the party, even if I do wind up attending. Separate evenings, of course.

This would have been quite lovely, alas, I must secede. There is only one woman I am willing to spend frivolous amounts of ISK on in this cluster and I am married to her. Perhaps another time, miss Aspenstar.

The reputations of Null-sec capsuleers are out of my purview, but it's very simple as I see it. If potential bidders feel Ms. Vea is not going to honor her bids for whatever reason and are willing to risk losing, then can use her bids as a ceiling and bid up to it given that the rules provide that if the primary bidder doesn't pay, it goes to the 2nd highest bid. That being said, the safest course is of course to place a winning bid.

So using that biddiing strategy the ceiling for Sir Shutaq and I is 500 million isk, and the ceiling for the others that have not yet been exceeded (Kat is one due to a 225 million isk) is 200 million isk.

Oh dear, and it means Anslo is the current second bidder for me!

I will honor my bids. If the organizers are willing to use, and pay for, a reputable third party escrow service, e.g. Chribba of The Mittani, I will be happy to put the amount in escrow within the next twenty four hours.

The phrase 'you cannot always get what you want' becomes less true the wealthier one is. So far the total value of my bids is less than two day's worth of income. I'm guessing Nation, in addition to being morally bankrupt, is financially bankrupt as well?
As for the end destination of the funds, I am assuming that most of it will go towards the purchase of ships and equipment to fight the Minmatar.
