Then you don't understand EVE economics. It's definitely a more evolved market with speculations, investments, inflation. So naturally people want to stay where there's the most trade volume. This gives them more opportunities to judge the health of the market and what else to invest in.

Of course this can all be done without having to be in the station itself or for that matter the system. It just takes additional skills to create and modify buy/sell orders remotely - at max skill level you can create or modify market orders at any station in your current region, without needing to be docked.

Actually & feel free to go for the exact wording but I believe the EULA/TOS talk about 'avoiding negative consequences' being against the rules, of which Negative Security status is considered the normal one.

One could argue that one tries to avoid the ingame consequences of his or her ingame actions while the other doesn't want to be punished for some stuff he or she posted outside of the game... - you kill implants and increase demand for them (thus affecting market and increasing profit of your own farming LP alt)

anyway: impunity of scammers against actions of other players is completely against nature of this game "you cannot be immune to the actions of other people"

The difrence is in my opion, the forum has nothing to do with actual isk gain etc, inside of EvE, its a forum for adult people to discuss ideas, opinions etc regarding eve, BUT what you do inside the game actually affects the isk gain, game balance, thats the difrence

Learn to make a distinction between inside a game and reallife ;P
