[Rubicon] Changes to skills?

Will there be any changes to skills in Rubicon that affect training times such as the "skill splits" we saw for destroyers & battlecruisers.
For example, any skill splits such as:

From:
1) Black Ops
2) Capital Ships
3) Heavy Assault Cruisers
4) Heavy Interdiction Cruisers
5) Interceptors
6) Interdictors
7) Jump Freighters
8) Logistics
9) Transport Ships


To:
1) Amarr Black Ops
2) Caldari Black Ops
3) Gallente Black Ops
4) Minmatar Black Ops
5) Amarr Capital Ships
6) Caldari Capital Ships
7) Gallente Capital Ships
8) Minmatar Capital Ships
9) Amarr Heavy Assault Cruisers
10) Caldari Heavy Assault Cruisers
11) Gallente Heavy Assault Cruisers
12) Minmatar Heavy Assault Cruisers

33) Amarr Transport Ships
34) Caldari Transport Ships

They haven't said there would be, and TBH I think they're done with the skills for now.

The reason for the T1 changes (destroyer/BC) was to make the T1 progression make more sense.

I hope so.
Fear of splits like those has driven my character skill training for quite some time.

CCP had stated when they did split the battlecruiser & destroyer skills that T2 ship skills WOULD NOT be broken up.

T2 ship skills would stay the same.
