I just want to jump in with a bit of truth to call out the trolls here.

The BC loadout forum generates about 15k loadouts a month and 500k pageviews per month, which suggests that some posters in this thread may need to redefine their idea of "no one" and "universal."

I posted one fit once a couple years ago, asking for input. All I got was the usual 4chan-inspired [expletive deleted] from BattleClinic. I only ever look at BC these days to see what rigs people are using in specific PVP fits I'm looking into; otherwise it's a complete waste of my time.

I am a huge fan of the party favor fits. I rarely win in one but who cates, its all for the lols anyway.

I always keep a pvp fit velator in the hangar so I can jump in on a killmail with hilarity. I have won duals against other noob ships promising nothing but a good rooky fight, and can be seen on battle cruiser km's in my velator. I am always trying to talk the corp into a venture/indy/rooky roam through null... I will win them over on the idea some day.

Another favorite of mine is a trap door imicus. I haven't gotten a win with it yet but only cause I'm waiting to be engaged by the right target.

Imicus, trap door

Core probe launchet

Warp disruptor II
1mn mwd
Tracking disruptor
Cap injector

All the dda's

2 flights of 4 hob II's

Launch probes & spread them out so everyone can see them. Warp to the sun at range and align to safety. Pretend to be a lost noob who is distracted by the probe interface. When the would be dispatcher lands assess the situation. If you think you can take them let the poor bastatd "catch" you and eat him alive... otherwise just recall probes and dock up. That way at least you know they want a fight and can undock in something more appropriate.

LOLFITS can sometimes work due to the element of surprise, but it all depends, generally 'standard' fits are standard because they capitalize on the ships strengths and/or give you good flexibility. So while your LOLFIT might work in certain situations, it's generally better to go for a standard fit and learn you and your enemies capabilities to make the most of it.

Doesn't mean I don't like lolfits though, some can be hilarious and greatly rewarding when used to good effect.

If you're really swag, you fly RR-procurers and battlebadgers.
