But even then I would immediately return the Isk and report it to Internal Affairs myself. They are watching over the volunteer accounts (including the volunteer playing accounts) just as vigorously as they are watching over the accounts of paid CCP personnel. And that is a good thing also.

Wollari's nomination should be fairly obvious. DOTLAN maps are awesome and I (and many others) use them all the time for all kinds of different things.

I nominated GSF because they're the 'bad guys' of EVE who provide more player generated content than anybody else in the game.
