I have no reason to post at all, other than informing the general public that making killrigths availeble for all at a price on me is pretty darn stupid.

I'm what you call a pirate, or for those of you that don't agree, a negative 10 security status individual. The delightful news I have for you newer pilots, is that You can shoot at me everytime you see me on grid with you. I'm also happy to announce that i nor will gain any security status in the near future.

I hate to tell the poor individuals that have been podded by me, that they are out of luck. Why would you lower your self to the depths of beeing a scammer. Several of you have recently put a price on the killrigth ranging from 1 million isk up to 100 million isk.

I can only guess that you somehow have reached the conclusion that someone migth activate the killrigth by accident, leading to you making a easy coin. Exactly what scammers in this game do. If I were you, I'd rather put some bounty on my head, so that those that actually do catch me when I'm on, get some isk for it. Infact that would make everyone happy.

I hope you after this come to the conclution that the way you are doing things is wrong, and you rather have the balls to form a fleet with your friends and come back and figth for the great unjustice that occured when i befouled your pod.

Kind Regards, Optimo Sebiestor.

You apparently care hence I have to wonder how you got -10... shooting at stations in 1.0 systems?

Most sec status challenged individuals would not care enough to hurt my eyes with the rainbow of care I am seeing.

Those who would actually pay to shoot someone they don't have to pay for wouldn't bother coming in here to read anyways... so what is your real motive behind such a post?

So how could kill right mechanics be changed to have some effect on those of us with criminal sec status?

I occasionally look at my kill rights with a wistful sigh, thinking about the wasted opportunities they represent.

Maybe they could activate gate guns on the target!

Personally as long as you never try to bring your status up to where your not hounded then you have nothing to worry about. I welcome people to "hunt" me for a killright.... gives me more pew

i once lost a burst to a gatecamp and gained a bunch of kill rights.
whilst doing a cyno a week later i remembered this and made all the killrights available for 10-20 mill isk.
one of the people that shot me convo'd me to mock me for doing this on -10 chars.
1 week later someone activated one of those killrights and i got 20 mill.

It was of no interest to me that they wasted their isk and i had nothing better to do while waiting for the cyno to go down. As far as i am concerned the time spent making the killrights available was time well spent.
Anyway OP it is the people that buy these useless killrights that are doing it wrong and the rest of us will continue to sell killrights as long as people are stupid enough to buy them. that reminds me i need to have one of my alts shoot me so i can set a stupid high killright sale and fly around highsec waiting for people to activate without reading...........

Why do you imply scamming is a bad thing?

Assuming your KRs are owned by carebears, trying to scam white knights is probably the first good thing most of them have ever done in EVE.

I remember this, back when I Was with Heretics. Had a guy shoot me a mail saying he'd make kill rights available to everyone if I didn't send him 100-mil. I told him to come back out to Amamake at third belt and I'd give him his money.

2.5-bil pod kill later, he made those kill rights available. Pirate

In the overview, yes. I meant local chat, implying that people do not need view character info to see if they can legally agress while not sitting on the same grid as you.

I put pirate status killrights available to all for 0 isk.

For me it's just a way of marking the killright as taken care of so that I'm not checking if you're pirate status or not every time I look at the killrights page.

I'm considering running a charity event where I pod a bunch of people so that they can get killrights. Would people be interested in donating isk to participate in such an event?
