Just as the subject outlines, I'm selling Kill Rights to the following player Santo Trafficante ; who is a known felon and mass murdered in New Eden.

1. Highest bidder wins.
2. This player is well known and has a significant bounty on them.
3. I'm a new player and seek a way to profit from my loss.

Bids can be made on this forum, forum message, or through eve mail. Once a winner is announced after a given time, payment will be expected on delivery and kill right will be activated within 24h or less thereafter. Once the sale is closed, all bids will be off, please reference to the thread for more information and updates on the sale.

Assuming this is a legitimate 2 month old character (doubtful, I know).
C&P is more a den of villainy and corruption than an actual place to report the wrongdoings of other capsuleers. Just throw the KR on the "market" for a reasonable price, and hope that they'll get nuked within the next month or so (depending on how much time is left on said KR).
