Possible way to make small independents viable in null?

So, its late, im tired, and my kindle was sitting too close to my bed. but here goes.

so, the main problem with a small entity living out in null is that no matter what system they go to, how seldom people go into it, or how far into or out of null it is, just by having a POS there or by opening the galactic map null entities have a near-omnipotent view of everything that goes on within "their" domain (i say it that way, because they dotn actually have to live in the space to hold absolute control over it).

so heres a two part idea, problem wither one is possible bad or good i dunno

first off, the star-map, even delayed the stats you can see can be a little OP in intel, possible remove the ability to see system-activity stats for nullsec systems (or make them only visible with a particular system/station (preferably station) upgrade installed IN that system).

another issue is alliances taking space they dont use, POS's and system structures allowing them immediate knowledge and retaliation to anyone who happens to try and take it. so, second off, if possible, make an anchorable, somewhat small asset (preferably able to fit in a cloaky hauler comfortably) that may or may not run on fuel, that appears on the system-overview, that while active prevents any structure within that system from sending out notifications (that means fuel, damage sustained, system intel from the station upgrade in the first part of post, etc), that way if an alliance wants to actively defend an area, they have to have someone go and actively look at the system with their eyes to see if everything is still alive.

so yes, it would be but a minor inconvenience for nullsec alliances to defend systems they dont care about, but it would still be that extra hassle many might not care enough about to allow leeches and raiders to ACTUALLY set up shop and start operating in a system or two, at least long enough to entrench themselves so that they may not be worth the time to remove from the likely not-so-valuable space they took.

IMO i just hate renters and the coalition omnipotent politics bullshit that is consistently in null, it DOES have its place, i just think its bullshit that you literally cannot hold SOV these days unless its given to you, needs to be a way for pirates and wahtnot to carve out their own space, after all, supposedly thats how the NPC faction pirates started out.

so yeah, comments, suggestions, hell even trolling as long as you keep the trolling somewhat serious (or at least ontopic). wil likely respond to any legitimate comments in about 19-20 hours if i remember i even made the post.

also, sorry for any spelling crap, kindle is hard to type on when your half-awake.
