After looking at what similar characters have sold for in addition to your specializations. You should be able to fetch about 30 billion for him. 25 billion would be on the very low end, if you could find the right buyer you may see 35 billion. However if you take the time to train Amarr carrier to lvl 5 and train your armor skills up. All together being about 3 some odd months of training. You can advertise as a Wyvern/Aeon pilot you would have every right to ask 40 + billion.
