"There are a great many organizations which have been recruiting, organizing, and working to better the State. Rarely, though, do we associate or collaborate in pursuit of our ideals. ... Individuals and corporations looking to serve the State will find organizations seeking pilots; similarly, corporations and alliances will find resources which will improve their ability to act in service to the State," Makoto Priano said in an evemail to organizations such as the Caldari Independent Navy Reserve, Pyre Falcon Defense Combine, and Alkeruaku Foundation.

Priano Trans-Stellar solicits comment on its recently-submitted petition to declare the Drink Starsi! line of soft drinks an orphan work, in light of the terrorist Gorion Wassenar's majority stake in the product and nonfeasance. Priano acquired a minority stake in Drink Starsi! during acquisition negotiations in YC109, and contends that this minority stake is adequate grounds for Priano acquisition of the orphan work. CBT regulation requires submission of petitions to a medium of general circulation for comment before the petition will be considered for arbitration.

Priano Trans-Stellar has opened recruitment for capsuleers interested in supporting the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive's Syndicate Sustainability Initiative in the Syndicate region. Under the banner "Elegant solutionsfor the State's needs," Priano Trans-Stellar has extended recruitment to industrially- and combat-minded pilots who will assist in expanding the Enforcement Directive's zone of control in the Syndicate region.
