Shift+enter in launcher password field gets you stuck

Enter username, press tab, enter password, accidentally hit enter while shift is pushed.

Your launcher now turns white, only shows username/password fields and login button, and requires a restart to continue.


To reproduce, you do not even have to enter valid information in the username/password fields.
Just write something in both and press shift+enter in the password field.

You can get out of this by hitting the backspace button on your keyboard, or by right clicking in the window and choosing 'Back'.
