WTB primarily a Ishtar pilot, dont mind a little more than that, but it MUST have
-HAC IV minimum
-Gallente Cruiser 5
-DECENT shield skills
-T2 Heavy drones (Ogre/Wasp pref)
-Good Drone Support


Not necessary for gunnery, though not hated.

Budget is not an issue.
