Yes, but since Loki has no drone subsystem to conserve high slots, the DPS you can do is going to be very dependent on how much you need/want the probe launcher/salvager/tractor beam on there. Armor tanked Loki is absurdly effective (and very cheap) for C3 sites because of the racial EM/Therm bonuses, but the armor subsystem costs you a high slot so you have to give up one of those three. (prober/salvager/tractor) Shield tanked Loki can get all three on there, but it's expensive.


I'm just finishing training he skills for a loki. Armor tank would be great. I don't know anything about fitting t3s yet though. I have an alt in a sb cloaked in the whs when I'm running sites, so I don't usually fit a probe launcher, salvage, or tractor. I just come back in dessy to clean up. Can you hook me up with a fit for it?

760 DPS with hail, keep drones in bay when frigs are out so they don't get shot. If all frigs are dead you can bring them out, they won't be switched to. Keep some faction ammo to pop frigs and use Hail against everything else. Against cruisers, just web them from long range, burn at them, and shoot, when they get low move the web to the next cruiser and burn towards it while your guns finish off the previous target.

You only need to use the ancillary armor rep on the sleeper waves that have 4 webbing frigs. Some of the battleships also web, but with only one or two webs on you the 100mn AB makes you more than fast enough to speedtank missile damage down to basically zero, and you just need the one repper at that point.

This is very difficult to gank as well, 100mn AB can't be scrammed and most ganks involve one person showing up to hold you down until the rest of the gang gets there, just web him and burn away to warp off.
