Nice one CCP, Think this is a good way of celebrating the 10 years and the future to come. I love the idea of the code. Great work.

Uhh.

We're immortal. We get new bodies on a regular basis (well, those of us who tend to get exploded) So why would we ever need (or ever get) cybernetic arms?

I can see perhaps, if they were to give some form of advantage over a normal arm.

Scars I can see, as we collect scars throughout our lives and they may be reminders for some folks. A complete arm seems a bit harsh.

I'm not sure a lot of folks would consider keeping a false replacement arm as a memento, if they had the option for a brand spanking (pun intended) new arm.

But then, I suppose, I could always sell my free one.

If only we could fall into a woman's arms

without falling into her hands

As a general rule when I need to replace a tire I don't buy a new car. Smile

Of course, since these arms will likely cost more than a whole new clone some inconsistencies arise between the "realities" of the EVE universe and this logical argument. Big smile

It does lend a whole new meaning to "That will cost an arm and a leg".

They're handy for opening bottles? They have a lighter built in? You like the way they look?

It's not like you're going to have to live through the implantation and recovery stage.

Thrilled that someone somewhere is still doing some manner of WiS stuff, even if it's just more character customization.

And a Valkyrie fighter! So awesome.

O hey look, there's still virtually nothing available on the EVE Store Sad

Really hope CCP is working on making more merch available.... There may have been issues with the old EVE Store but at least it had a half decent selection available to most regions.

Now it'll be even easier to ***** slap some fools.

Will the cybernetic arms be removable? I already have a tat and i'm not sure if it'll look daft having every possible modificstion on my character at once

Also, can they be shown on the new corpse models please? :-)

I have a specific comb for my beard.

Nice one, so now I only paid a leg for the CE.

This is pretty neat, but frankly I'm most pleased with the Plex. Just because it was such a ridiculous idea for the game time included to only be valid for new accounts. Anyone paying 150 Euros for a 10 year old game probably has an account or two already.

I agree. They should give +3 to your Strength attribute.
