Performance Issue with NVIDIA GTX 675M on SiSi

On Sisi theres now in the ESC menue the correct graphic card selected. We didnt had that before the test of rubicon. I have serious frame rate issues on sisi since rubicon, while on tranquility no issues are seen.

Also alt-tabing now creates a tremednous lag spike while on tranquility there is no issue for me.

This might be related to this change you made to the select tab of the graphic card?

I am really afraid to loose performance with rubicon as of bad implementing rather then new graphics.

This feature has been on tranq since Inferno, so that isn't what is causing it. File a bug report.
