Screen Resolution won't change (SiSi)

Hello there,

With the upcoming Rubicon stuff on Singularity, I wanted to see it myself so I prepared a new EVE copy just for the test server. I did everything it's needed: new EVE folder, shortup to eve.exe, change some stuff of the shortup properties. It patched and did everything fine. But...

... it refuses to adapt to my 1366x768 resolution, the one I automatically have at Tranquility. Instead it prefers to use a 1024x768 (or it looks like that). If I manually set the resolution, for a few moments I see the cursor in a black screen (the usual res change screen) in the right resolution, but it won't keep it: comes back to 1024.
Curiously, it only happens to my SiSi client; the Tranquility one works perfectly...

Please help me; it's quite painful to be forced to play with such resolution. Thanks in advance!

Edit: most strange, I just noticed it says it's at 1366x768, while it clearly isn't...

Same issue on my laptop. Only workaround i found is to set the client to window mode and maximize the window to cover whole screen(which gives me a resoution of 1360x706. Even so is still annoying and imersion breaking to be forced to look at the window edges permanently. One more difference compared to TQ client, the Singularity client displays now the dedicated GPU(Nvidia GT 610M) instead of the integrated one(Intel HD) - i have a laptop that uses Nvidia Optimus technology. Both clients are displayed by the dedicated GPu though, as proven by the Nvidia Control Panel.
