I can't find the place it was posted but CCP had straight out said none of the regen holes were put live

C4's can be fun
if you don't like people or interacting with them.

You can solo the spawns on the mining sites, everything else you'll need other people for (or alts, if you don't like other people)
You'll need to haul your ice through at least 1 other wormhole

They are probably the most isolated of all the classes, but they do give access to an awesome range of other content.

I read the same thing but it was badly worded they actually meant the regen part isn't active - other regen WHs like D845s are ingame just don't regen mass.

I have a C4 available if you are tired of searching. Big smile

(For some reason it wouldn't let me post the link to the thread here)

You can technically solo the 4 anoms in a C4, but its slow.

The aforementioned Russian alliances that were occupying C4s have recently been busily (and routinely) evicting C5/C6-dwellers, moving up the food chain. If you have a weak presence in a C5 or C6, be warned; Blood Union & Allies have eviction procedures down to a science now. For an example of the typical fleet composition you'll face from their eviction effort, see http://eve-kill.net/?a=kill_related&kll_id=20186466 .

Apparently, you'll need to field your own fleet of 70 dreads, T3s, carriers, and faction battleships if you hope to have a prayer of defending your system against the BU&A blob busily kicking people out of C5/C6 space.

C4 looks better and better all the time!

They wouldn't have had losses this bad if it wasn't for some of the worst FCing i have ever listened toShockedShocked. I mean i just could't believe my eyes and ears at the stupidity.

Didn't want those caps in the fight anyway... Shocked Oh warp the fleet in again you say.... Shocked Only those that want to come have to.... Shocked

Doh!! Idk man, my ass must be made of some new age elastic cuz we're already scouting for a new C5-C5....

These guys are good, but in all honesty our lack of experience in a defense situation (rf timer control) really hurt us here. We were fighting in their TZ.

As far as FC goes, we chose experience over motivation. None of us had FC'd a fight of this magnitude. We're not pointing fingers.

Aww, yeah, it was a great time. Just sad I missed getting my Guardian blown up since I was sleeping for the main part of the battle. Just lots of scouting, lots of hopping in my pod and reshipping :)

It's not like I think those guys are a force of nature or something. They can and should be countered; it's just a question of "how do you bring the fight to them instead of waiting around for them to start". That's a challenge with logoff traps.

Just a hell of a big battle in W-space... I'd never seen 50 people in one wormhole before, much less 150+!

The response we got made up for the loses we encountered. I'm sure a good number were there to shoot as much of the losing side as possible.

I would like to single out Nylon Elephant as being one of the more helpful in keeping the chaos of incoming friendlies resemble something that you could call organized. Along with the scouts keeping an eye on the paths in.

No sooner did we get home than I lost a Guardian to some Kill It With Fire guys because our alliance had left 'em blue because of that engagement and they were totally invisible to me on my overview. Now you're all a nice, safe orange again...

Like I've said elsewhere, we kind of resent other people kicking you around. That's our job! :-)

Nylon's getting better at this stuff every day; I'll tell him about the shout-out. He usually flies in a Hurricane, hell-bent on finding as much fun PvP as our corp can stand, and loses said Hurricanes with great regularity. Standard corp practice is to apply all met ransom demands to his bounty as a reward for opponents choosing to engage us...

Hope to fight you again soon!

The C4's are a moebius loop of boring.

That isn't even the worst set of lossmails I've seen connected with Blood Union.

All hail Blood Union, our new Russian overlords.

CCP should add a null sec static to all C4 wh's. 1m mass & 16 hour lifespan. I feel this would vastly improve the gameplay in all C4's.
