Holy, that is ludicrously fast. I'll name my interceptors dasher or blitzen.

Would these fitted interceptors totally evade Concord? What if there's a bat swarm and out of no instant blam or cyno from these things

Maybe you haven't been to hisec in a while but since the crimewatch changes you simply cannot warp with a criminal flag. It's no longer an RP thing of CONCORD ships trying to scram you, it's baked into the flag mechanics directly.

Apocrypha was indeed an awesome expansion.

Have to say, looking forward to flying a Malediction once this hits live.

Null and (especially) lowsec mining pretty much dies, though, once people realize you can really amp up the effectiveness by flying these in gangs.

that's what I'm worried about.

so much for doing anything useful solo in low/null other than ship spinning. I guess everybody has to have a gang of 5+ on standby for backup.

It doesn't die. Mining becomes a more lucrative job when there's actually some risk involved. I think alliances will start actually protecting their renters and renters will start making more ISK. The only people who will get hit with CCPs meat wand are the botters.

The guy who can do a double stranger is right. Lol

I would like to add that this does not affect using wormholes to travel between high, low and null. Interceptors may well be all about gates for the most part, and makes gate camping harder to deal with, but it will be extra hard on botters and miners of course. But travel through wormholes will remain, as usual, relatively safe. Just forget the gates and nullsec starts to look deserted.

Stay aligned on safespots and don't assume anything and you'll get back in one piece.

Aye but I find that wormholes are great for "getting around" if you have the time and little care for where you end up. Cool

Even playing late hours though, I've still seen a bit of shenanigans around the holes from time to time. I have a very careful protocol though - lots of things to look out for.

I remember once I got dumped into lowsec by a WH and took two quick jumps to highsec but there was some intel channel in place - apparently people hunting some FW players - I had just scanned around in the hole and there was a POS there, and naturally because people don't follow some simple security steps regarding ship naming (hello, WH CEOs? You reading this) I could see what corp was in there. Anyway, the locals in lowsec all stuck their heads up once I popped in like "how did he get in?" but I was just GTFO before they could figure that out.

The next day I had my browser on the WH corps KB still when I launched it and saw some "changes". Oh yeah, the lowsec guys found out where I came from alright, and went into that WH and caused a heap of trouble. Shocked
