Small numbers, I know, but thought i'd report my progress on a monthly basis so that people can learn from my mistakes (!) and also in case I go through with the plan to sell off part of my business or secure a loan against my BPO's or something...

I'm not sure what else to report here. To give some meaning to those numbers, i'm a small-scale manufacturer (low time investment too) who's expanding into the capital construction market (Freighters). My turnover was ~6.5b for the month, meaning an overall profit on turnover of around 15%. Not huge, but that doesn't take into consideration outlays of 235m on POS fuel and skillbooks, without which the profit would have been 20%.

The vast bulk of the profit (~70%) came from just 3 products, so I am going to change my methodology going forward (can't give you any other details!). I also have my first Freighter in the oven at present, having researched the component BPO's to a decent level, and purchased a pre-researched Freighter BPO. So, one's in the oven and I have the components to make a 2nd one straight away. It should then sort its self out onto an even cycle of one freighter in the oven with a set of components for the next in at the same time, ensuring continual production.

I may have jumped the gun a little with the freighter production, as i've left my self pretty short of liquid ISK, but i'll just have to adjust and scale back my buy orders instead of buying millions at a time. This shouldn't impact production.

I may also offline my POS for the time being, as I have no need to research any BPO's or do any activity that would require a POS.

Target for next month is the same level of profit pre-dividend, ramping up later in the year as I focus markets and possibly expand into invention.
