Eve Collectors Edition problem

I bought the collectors edition on Oct 4 and have still have not received an email with the code for the digital items. I have checked all the folders associated with my email. I checked in Eve Online store to make sure everything went though. Paypal sent me the bill and so far that's the only email i have had about it. My friend also bought the collectors edition and received an email containing the code for his digital items within a couple hours. I'm a little worried about this, had anyone else had this issue of a delayed email?
