That sounds like a great idea. It's called a thankful blessing, not griefing.

Biased and inaccurate reporting, sensationalist and unprofessional reporters, inappropriate dress code, and worst of all are the advertisements. Horrible.

Holovision griefing if ever I've seen it!

Confirming we're horrible people that shoot places up with bullet shaped news reels.

It’s really simple

Example of Greifing

I’m mining in Gallente Space. You come and start miner bumping me. I move 20 jumps to Caldari space to continue mining. You track me down with intel and /or Locator agent and start miner bumping, I move another 20 jumps to Amarr space and you continue to track me down. You are greifing and can be warned/banned.

In this case you have made a REASONABLE attempt to leave the area and it’s taking the greifier effort to locate to continue to grief for ***** and giggles (no financial gain). This is especially true if you are in an NPC corp. If you are in a player corp, the Greifer could make the excuse that he’s trying to disrupt that corps operations, but even still, if you move two regions (40 jumps) away from the Greifer and he is still bothering you, it will be considered greifing, at least that’s what the GM’s on this forum have said.

What is not greifing

I’m mining in Gallente space and you start bumping me. I move one system over, and you follow me and start bumping me. I move yet another system over and you continue to follow me.

In this case, per the GM’s, you have not made a strong enough attempt to leave the greifers area of operations.

The only other thing that I think would be considered greif is making real life threats against another player (Cyber Bullying). For example, in California, there are laws against Cyber Bullying. Although in the case of Cyber Bullying, I don’t think CCP can be held responsible for someone’s actions but the person that’s doing the bullying most certainly can.

Not always, but in the case of the word 'Griefing', yes.
