I get his message when I try to install a jump clone:

"You have been denied access for the following reason: Sisters of EVE does not like you, your corporation or your alliance. Due to this you are denied access to the Jump Clone Facility service at this station."

My SOE standing is 8.00, and my corps standing is 1.10. Does this mean my corp has to have an 8.0 standing as well for me to get a jump clone? The general conditions listed in evelopedia does not mention this.

Does anyone know how this really works?

For a succesful installation of a jump clone either personal or corp standing has to be +8.0 towards the station owning corporation, but both don't need to be that high. My initial thought based on your post is, that It might be an issue with rounding the numbers. Meaning your standing isn't actually over 8.0, but the game is just rounding it to that.

Another issue is in the instance that you have only recently gained the 8.0 standings, your current session may not be aware of the new value. Log out and back in again to see if that resolves the problem. Otherwise I'd go with Destination SkillQueue's advice :)

Thanks for the advice. I tried re-logging nothing changed. So I tried doing 1 more mission and increased my standing to +8.01, and got my jump clone. I guess it was a rounding off issue. who knows for sure?

Glad to see you got it worked out. If you ever need jump clones from another corporation or you'd like to learn the fine art of self destruct clone travel, give Jump Frog a try.
