[Hacking] Combat Ladar scatter cans?

I'm trying to get booster reactions from combat ladars but they never drop. I can't find info of which can they come in. Anyone know? I tried getting all the data cans but not in there, then materials/parts - either really bad luck or not there either, and now trying equipment but no luck yet.

Yes, I cargo scanned first. They were there.

Try materials. Some items can be in different scatter cans. If you are getting them on scan then as you said, they are there.

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there.
