Multiple Overview (Drag) Window Capability

Quite simply, allow players to drag out the overview tabs into new overview windows.

Ex.
Current overview tabs (All, Reds, Travel, Fleet, Loot)

Player can pull the Reds tab to a new window thus allowing the player to see live multi-window hostile targets while keeping current view available.

Extremely helpful for FCs, allowing to broadcast targets with ease while seeing current fleet numbers or the ability to gtfo faster when celestials are in view.
