Issues, Workarounds & Localization

So since like maybe 3 or 4 months i have this issue in my client. When i use this toon nothing happens when i press the square button in the upper left corner of window's.

This happens on whichever computer or notebook i use. For a while i used my alt as workaround. As she is generally the one setting standings. But then today i logged in my alt to apply some standings, and at once i had the same issue on that character.

Now i have filed a petition earlier, with afraid limited result. I received the standard advice of cleaning cache etc. However this obviously doesn't work as the issue seems not to be client side.

Now maybe it is something i have set in the option menu. I am really not sure. I have checked the options thoroughly though.

I hope someone knows a solution to this.
