Suggested freighter changes

Here's a suggestion I always liked for the capital ships issue, one that I have never heard anyone else suggest: add the mass of the modules and cargo IN a ship TO the ship's attributes. Every time it changes mass it should update the mass, acceleration, and max velocity of the ship. The only ships that would need significant changes with this new plan are haulers, and the change would be simple, just reduce their mass and increase their engine power (reduce the agility modifier). Then when they're empty they align fast but when full they align slow. Can't take a cap ship to highsec via freighter because the freighter plus capship mass is too high for the stargate. See? It would work!

Frostys Virpio: "We have to give it to him that he does put more effort than the vast majority in his idea but damn does it sometime come out of nowhere."

Just add a Ship Maintenance Bay to Freighters, similar to Carriers...
Its quite silly not being able to carry a rigged frig/cruiser/bs with a huge ass capital class freighter...

freighter cargo = 0
fleet hangar = current cargo bay
apply all cargo bonuses to fleet hangar.

problem solved.

you can put assembled ships in a fleet hangar, and it retains it's ability to carry regular cargo.

(if you fit 2 probes for max cargo and put 2 large containers in each you can carry up to 3120m3 of unscannable cargo in an orca.)

like

i think bigger ships being able to carry smaller ships should always be the norm and be an expanded role to every possible ship, and frieghtors should be able to carry anything.

ccp can balance the pro n cons with the mass-speed ratio, the heavier it carries the slower it gets. somehow it is interesting that a large POS is so "small", but once you fit a battleship, the entire cargo space in a freightor is filled. hahahaha. well anyway, i do hope ccp do introduce some closer semblance of physical reality in game, i really dont mind if freightors carrying 100 POS modules get slowed to 10m/s

and yes i think JF should come with hi/mid/lo slots/rigs

WUT ???
