Maybe 50% of the Advanced Factories making P4 goods are in HS

Sure maybe 50% of Command Centers are in HS (and 50% of those are dormant and probably never destroyed from people who tried it and quit)

sort of agree with this and also depends where in high sec you are if you are somewhere at the fringes of high sec away from the FW playground probably most if not all P0and P1 items are from low sec
in the aera i operate from you can actuaaly see the procesion of haulers and transports jumping into low sec and returning a few minutes later almost daily during peak hours
it is the p2 nd above products that are made in high sec
