The conditions of my auction allow 24 hours for the transfer to take place, and I intend to honour this.

If you are still interested in 24 hours should the transfer not take place, you will be welcome to exercise your right of purchase as second highest place bidder.

If you change your mind in this time, you are not obliged to pay.
