Question on Character Names

Pretty dumb question but trying it out takes at least 10 hours...maybe someone knows: Are character names blocked in any way after I delete the old toon? And if it works again the same again because the pilot in question has 15m SP and I don't want to delete him just because it *might* work. OK, I have a 10 hour timeout until I can terminate him but is that all? Is the name available again right after that?

Yes, as soon as the character is terminated the name becomes available for everyone. So be quick if you want to use it again.

Names are reusable once that char is fully gone.

I did that with this char when I started. I began playing, logged middle of the first tutorial, didn't know how to continue/restart the thing so simply deleted him then made another when the delete finalized. There is a 10 hour delay before you can actually biomass (finalize the delete) a char.

The delay is incase you clicked the wrong char or what not. You can change your mind until you finalize it via biomassing.
