OMFG CCP IS RMT'ING

I have documented proof that CCP is RMT'ing.

There are, according to several CCP marketing videos on Youtube, more than 300,000+ instances per month that they are providing spaceships, etc to 300,000+ people and a place to play with those spaceships for REAL MONEY. They ARE RMT'ING. OMG. THEY ARE TURNING SPACESHIP ISK MONEY INTO REAL LIFE MONEY EVERY SECOND OF EVERY DAY (minus downtime) AND SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR IT.

Seriously people, grow up. CCP owns your sandbox and can and should market it however they please.

The only thing this game appears to be missing is some kind of cross marketing with the shamwow guy from all the tears you are producing on the forums. You are wasting oxygen, brain power, and the ISD's time locking all of your posts with stupidity.

If I were CCP, I would just shut the forums down entirely and let 3rd parties handle them so they don't have to put up with your dumbfarkery.

Sure, spaceships are serious business, but jebus cripes, you are SERIOUSLY NOT HELPING.

Grow up.

--addendum-- you dumbarses SHOULD be happy CCP is having extra shiny other ships introduced and re-introduced into the game. THEY are providing more content and more expensive shiat for you to blow the hell up. --end addendum--

The forums have turned into a OMFG SOMER GOT... PLEASE GIVE ME LOOT.

CCP is using Somer as a marketing tool. As they should. One has to question then, how much ISK/promo/etc EVE Radio has received. Etc. etc. etc.

People need to quit crying about it. I can't buy enough shamwows for all the tears on the forums this last week. The TOS thing I can understand, the Somer thing. Is Somer out there using his PVP Blink Might to make EVE a worse or better place? Exactly. Pull up your big girl panties and carry on.

It's more a post about quit bitching. CCP doesn't have to live by the rules they provide us, the end user. If they did, the sandbox would have turned into a cat box and been shut down years ago due to lack of funding because of OMFG RMT.

Somer and any other sites provide content, whether you or anyone else chooses to use them (I never have) is up to you. They do provide in and out of game content. Just like mittens website and EN24 etc. They provide CONTENT in many places. Somer gives back. I seem to recollect they also do a whole lot of things with their ISK in and out of game. RMT or not. CCP however has the ultimate say in how this goes down. Not us the players. I'm not advocating shady things.

I am saying CCP has the final say and the amount of crying on the forums has been more than excessive. And CCP should talk to the shamwow guy about a partnership at this point. Thinking we have some kind of control over what CCP does, who they partner with and how they choose to operate makes us all look stupid.

If you don't like it. Unsub and go play wow or tanks or world of ponies.

CCP does have the final say. And there are plenty of people who will unsub and won't. They however DO have the final say. The masses of people who keep whining that EVE will die appear to be a lot of people who don't actually pay for their subs. The community has gotten out of control. These forums are exact proof of that. CCP made 60 million dollars last year (from somewhere I read). Fine. If they got rid of 3/4 of the morons, they would still turn a profit and probably keep making EVE awesome and a better place. The self entitlement in this game from the people who believe they are creating content but actually aren't helping is ridiculous. And if all of those people left? I don't think a single fark would be given by those who remain.
