This is really, really annoying. Your web dev must be in a lot of disarray.

Seriously, your "known issues" page is a dead link. So forget that.

Then I go to a bug report and spend literally 15 minutes of my valuable time, writing up the bug, uploading log files, etc. Then when I submit it I get the message "Internal Server Error" and all my work is lost.

Get your **** together.
