Entirely new in my experience. Tried half a dozen times and each time it asked me to ok the cspa charge (which you could get rid of btw Blink) but then didn't send when I clicked ok. Thinking about it, it may have been an evegate problem. I'll give it another go from an ingame character tomorrow.
