CCP recently unveiled a foolproof mechanic to allow you to undo the effects of any and all AWOXing.

1) Do your interviews on voice or other out of client communications.
2) Require that all applicants include the phrase "[CEO]'s Alt" in their IG application.
4) When they AWOX or steal, petition them for impersonation.

Think the GMs are going to believe the AWOXer/thief?

1) Apply to a corp with the phrase "[CEO]'s Alt" in your IG application.
2) AWOX away
4) When petitioned, claim that the CEO told you to put that there to abuse the ruling.

Both situations are identical to a GM.

I'm sure most awoxers will get into any corp they want because the recruiters are just stupid.

Oh hey, you have a good killboard, come along and join! (maybe you should check for recent kills/awox?)

Oh so you are XYZ's cyno alt? Sure no problem, come in! (maybe you should talk to XYZ about that before you let them in!)

Oh you are rejoining the game after you have been gone for 2 years? We'll take you! (Maybe you should check his API and killboard for the last 2 years).


Back on the topic:
Green on Green is obviously a problem when it comes to awoxing, but it has always been like that, why would you change that now? Awoxing is part of the game, whether it is in 0.0, lowsec or highsec.

It's an old mechanic that needs to be revisited.

Corpmates can also rep each other easily with this mechanic. This is not a cut and dry issue. Also, the mechanic predates alliances. It needs to be rethought. I think I should be able to aid with reps or damage, but I'm a CEO. Thinking outside of the box, maybe this should be a role. I would like to decide if EWar is game or not, loot sharing, etc.

Can't agree with you mate. Corporation membership isn't necessary to fly with someone. If you're this worried have them go on ops with you etc. for a week or two before you give them full membership. Or start a training corp. Very few awoxers will stick around long enough to get at you.
