Ctrl key getting stuck in today's (Sept. 25) patch

If I'm ctrl-clicking in the overview to lock targets and then release ctrl, clicking in the overview still keeps on locking new targets.
Doesn't happen all the time, but very often. I've never had this issue until today's patch.

Steps to reproduce:
1. press and hold ctrl, screen says "Lock Target" above the hud
2. click something in the overview. It gets locked.
3. Release ctrl, "Lock Target" text disappears so the game is registering that I'm releasing the key.
4. click something new in the overview. It still gets locked.

Bug report is submitted. I'm posting here to see if anyone else is having the same issue as well.
