Issues, Workarounds & Localization

All corp members, alliance members, +5, and +10 standings characters appear in the member list as if they were the character you are playing, which means no icon. I can set anyone to neutral, -5, and -10. That part of it functions normally; I see the orange and red icons. I was messing with overview settings in space today.

I altered an overview to show nothing but war targets and other negative targets. I don't know if the problem started before today's patch or after. I've rebooted, messed around with chat settings, and opened and saved another overview that has allies listed. Nothing has worked.

I'm using Windows 8. I could almost say this is a single character's problem but on my second account a war target just had negative 10 standing while a guest in the same station as I. In local he had a red star. Other than that my other second account works properly, showing blues if I create them and all the rest.
