I'm still inclined to doubt that someone successfully infiltrated one of the most heavily guarded places in the cluster, and even if they did wouldn't security be alarmed when all the clones were suddenly gone?

Saying that it was meant to have no proof to intimidate capsuleers or CONCORD is redundant, because:

A. Why would anyone be afraid of an event which is basically a spook story?
B. Who is dumb enough to store all their clones in one station?

Ah, so he wrote it himself... Such... akhem... "professionalism".
Real killer would never write something like this.

Well, I see two possibilities.
First, either he is a clown who made up this story for giggles or bragging rights.
Second, he is still a clown and amateur, who actually did it, and by writing this brought whole wrath of Chemal Tech and CONCORD on his sore ass Lol

You know what CONCORD can do, right? They don't even need to infiltrate or something... they just press button, and the next battle this "super mega cool assasin" participates, he doesn't come back. I heard a lot about"professionalism" of DUST mercenaries, they die like flies, so I am completely sure, he won't return from the next battle, of course provided this is true and CONCORD actually will press this button.

According to Reko it was part of his contract that he make the announcement. Seems a bit odd to me personally, but I think if the story is true, then perhaps there is something at play that we just don't see as of yet.

As for proof that the capsuleer is dead I'm sure a quick search of his name will prove that he is very much deceased. Official cause of death being " Cloning Accident" it seems.

Because people are often stupid, and may not bother to verify claims, however outlandish they are.

There's a reason that Mens Reppola is CEO of Ishukone Corporation rather than his predecessor: Otro Gariushi had such an arrangement just prior to the Malkalen incident, and it backfired.

I'd never call Otro dumb, but even the most intelligent people make bafflingly poor decisions at times.

Well, I heard about "clients" who preferred to kill contractors after their job was done.
But doing it this way... hell, I can't believe it worked, did he really accept it?...
Looks like some people can be too desperate... or too stupid.

What a crock.

From what I was told by Reko it took himself and a team of six other highly trained operatives to get inside.

Anslo again you are one of those people who knows that this type of thing has happened before. If I remember correctly one of your friends almost passed away in a similar manner.

Uh, no they didn't. You trying to be edgy and mysterious like some kind of info broker thinking you have insider knowledge?

Duh... I would really prefer a former gurista as their CEO like a thousand of times instead of someone as dishonorable as Mr. Reppola...
It is all gallente fault! AND THEY WILL PAY FOR THIS.

As for keeping clones, I don't really care much what will happen with them after my death. I give them to safekeeping to the State (of course neither corporation nor stations will ever be published), and they are actually property of the State. So, after I die, it is only the State who will decide, will new clone pilot "Diana Kim" be born or not. Of course, I do my maintenance part properly and guarantee that clones will be fully functional and won't lose important information during transfer.

You lived streamed an event where Ava Starfire and Pieter Tullien almost died due to similar circumstances.

or did you forget the little wrestling incident?

You've shown yourself as a liar

(Source: I remember watching that happen. I also remember Pieter and Ava being very sick as an after math)

That had nothing to do with people getting into their cloning bay. That was someone launching darts at a club. Their clones were never even tampered with, it was a localized issue. Go back to school, kid.

Maybe I'm not remembering it correctly or maybe your just full of ****. Either way I'm not saying the job happened, I'm going off of what Reko has told me. If your upset about it then I would suggest speaking to him. Otherwise I don't have much more to say about it than whats already been said.

People pronounced assassinated on the IGS have an unpleasant tendency to show up very much alive.

Just saying.

Well I guess if he shows up he is alive (makes sense right?) if not then maybe he decided to lay low. ..or maybe he was really killed.

Ganna be kind of hard to prove or disprove it.

The problem seems to be Pirates have access to DUST Soldiers.

I don't know that there was ever any doubt of this, at least not amongst capsuleers and - by extension - CONCORD.

SYNE has been looking into this and we believe the widespread access pirate factions have to clone soldier tech and the infrastructure to support them is able to be traced back to the incident on Vellaine III some eight months ago. A partially declassified report on our operations to this effect will be made publically available to coincide with the next Seyllin conference.

Hmm thats very interesting, I wonder why they would make Reko do the Public Admission then? I mean I can't think of any other reason besides that, and it seems that CONCORD probably already knew.

Mister Riso.

Query 1: how can we be made certain this is not a hidden advertisement attempt.

Query 2: in what shape will proof be presented that the capsuleer in question has been succesfully bio-massed.

Probability: due to the absence of proof one can only 'assume' said capsuleer has been biomassed succesfully.

Raising awareness 1: capsuleer imprints can be externally stored.
Raising awareness 2: Secretive or taboo'd technologies are in place for those subjects established / wealthy enough.

This effectively renders the destruction of clone-vat-bays marginally effective.

Examples:

> Prototype - Clone template: Duplicating subject via databanked Capsuleer imprint.
> Questionable: methods employed by most notable: Sansha Kuvakei.

Concluding:
Value of reliability of shared message listed by most notable mister Eric Riso: limited.

Position maintained until absolute proof is presented.

End message.

Answer 1: What am I advertising? I don't work at Quafe.

Answer 2: I don't have that answer speak to Reko about it, he has asked me to leave it alone.

I think the overall problem here is not that you can kill a capsuleer. It's proven that anyone not careful enough can get biomassed. The real problem is that pirate organizations have access to clone soldiers.

Can you imagine the havoc they can cause? The modifications that can be made to the armor and weapon sets? If the pirate-patterned ships I've flown next to, and against, are any indication, this could be a major problem for the more...Law-abiding DUST soldiers on the ground, and potentially everyone. I shudder to think of what a small army of DUST soldiers in pirate-modified suits could do to a planet. Or, hell, even unleashed onto a capitol or supercaptial...or any ship, actually. Just a massacre without equal force.
