Malcanis, there's no need to be condescending. I don't see the "obvious implications" because I have a life outside this game. You being a CSM have a vested interest in knowing what's going on. Being elected, you also have a responsibility to be our representative between CCP and the gaming masses.

But you don't have to be a douchecanoe.

of course I don't. It's an extra service I render for free, out of the goodness of my heart

Certainly seems a reasonable possibility if hi sec POCOs are to become a thing. Smile

I came up with several for null sec. Then the second go came and I hated it.

Exactly. The first iteration was much. much better than the current one. Awesome and promising without being overpowered.

This one has me a little worried.

As long as it's not a place item in box and it automagically appears elsewhere, aka matter transportation, mechanic it should be fine. If it is, then we have a problem.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

As long as it flies in space then no problem.

Could actually be rather cool. Would add to the sense of traffic around stations.

Honest and friendly question to my CSM:

I would like to know what implications you refer to. Do you think the changes are bad or good? How do you think they will change the game? Do you have a blog or something I can read where you've talked about this already?

Again, speculation at present, but perhaps looting of implants from corpses?

New Amarr/Gallente Faction/Pirate Frigate - unconfirmed

Special Ability: 100% reduced CPU need for Cloaking Devices
Amarr Frigate Skill Bonus per Level: 10% bonus to Small Energy Turret optimal range and capacitor use
Gallente Frigate Skill bonus per level: 10% Bonus Damage to Drone and hitpoints per Level

Can fit Covert ops cloaks

Looting implants would be great. Not nearly as awesome as cloaky spikey lasor ship Twisted Not sure how the Alliance tournament winners and runner ups will feel about this though.

Siege mode should be something like the Terran tanks in starcraft, really noticeable and really badass or i'll be crying more carebear tears.

Yawn,  I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really.

It means something pretty specific: the great, great majority of things to do in this game are done in spaceships, and all of the things that aren't directly descend from and are concerned with spaceships.

Take the spaceships out, and what do you still have?

You mean like the way goons loose all their Sov every year when they run Burn Jita or Hulkageddon....
Oh wait, they don't.
Reality is they wouldn't be in any serious risk because of jump clones, all their caps (with custom built cap pilots) would still be in their normal places in low/null with all their cyno alts ready to move them around.
HS POCO's will be used exactly as said. It will allow a little more interfering with them sure, but the net profit from PI taxes on the high sec players will probably profit them in the long run.
