Fitting management screen very buggy

I recently came back to EVE after a 6-8 month break. Since updating my client, the fitting management screen won't work properly.

I open the fitting screen and click on 'browse' and nothing happens. If I click browse again, the management screen will show, but then clicking on any of the fits does nothing. Nothing shows on the pane on the right. I can drag fits to the chat screen and then click them there and they open sometimes. Also, opening up different ship classes in the management screen gives random results. Sometimes half the fits show, sometimes no fits show, or a big empty space shows with no fits visible.

I've updated the repair tool and run the repair. I've also cleared the cache, which fixed a different issue I was having but didn't do anything for the fitting management screen issue.

I just started having this problem last night. I was checking out different fits of my current ships and was able to browse and save fits. Then on maybe the 6th ship I clicked browse and found that I had to click twice, and when the list came up it listed the name of the fits (in the collapsable menu on the left) but the right-hand side where the contents would be shown was blank. Furthermore when I would start to collapse and expand the fits in the left-hand menu, it would randomly be blank or remove one fit name at a time and then repopulate the full list.... it was very unusual behavior.

An older post mentioned disabling resource cache; mine wasn't enabled so I enabled then disabled. Nothing changed. Yet another post said to save a fit and then it started to work for that person; so I saved the current ship fit and the problems remained. It looks like one of the earliest posts in the forum was around June 2013. It seems as if there aren't enough posts/users that are having this issue... Cry

One thing I should add. If I click and drag the fitting into chat, I can click on the fitting in chat and it will work just fine...

Found the solution. I deleted this folder:

C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\CCP
