It's a bug.

If the bookmark was made before downtime in a site, one of the ships warping in will always be off set by quite a bit. Make new bookmarks after downtime & all is well.

I've had this happen as well. In my case you'd warp squad in to a spot and some would land 75km away.

to be honest im paying customer and whne i report bug after sending bug report number to my support request they give my isk back. if there is fault you have to prove it buy bug reproting after you prove the bug you create support ticket and tell thme refund me bitches this is how it works. and yes record frap whatever you need. make sure you send detial info to them. So they can find u bug.
