Repair tool not working

So im in the proccesses of fixing my client as the launcher isnt starting the game after hitting play, so i thought id try the repair tool to see if anything was missing, but soon as i hit repair i an error occured before it even gets anywhere, this is the info below that i get from the repair tool, any one have any ideas?
