Did those meeting minutes ever get published?

I may have missed the publication of minutes of the Special Emergency CSM Meeting, or are they still in limbo?

Thanks for the quick reply! Now I'm running into the problem that I asked different questions in the subject and the body of the message, and that I included a disjunction in one of the questions. Perhaps you could be so kind to elaborate on your answer by selecting one of the following two options:
1) "Yes, they did get published."
2) "Yes, they are still in limbo."
I'm sorry for the confusion.

yea, they got published a while back. think there was a devblog linking to the pdf, or at least a newspost.
