do all the tutorials
do the SoE epic arc mission

its a reasonable start .. 20m ish + a bunch of free ships

then you have the choice of

hisec missions or mining
trading (various types)
FW complex farming
exploration
joining a wormhole corp
joining a nulsec training corp
hisec piracy
spamming scams in jita local


in eve isk is just a commodity that enables you to do other stuff.
