Biomass, private contracts and miner ganking

As an Agent of the New Order, I often come across unwanted biomass that once belonged to a bot aspirant or non-compliant miner.

I recommend that my fellow agents take a new course of action with respect to this biomass. Post a private contract with it to the miner you euthanized. In the contract, ask for an amount of ISK necessary to replace the miner euthanization ship you used to pod the mark.

Don't forget to ask for feedback on the contract terms!

You can only be banned for impersonating a member of the CFC. According to all published communique from CCP, impersonating a member of the New Order is A-OK.

Also, OP is a long standing member of the New Order.. or isn't since the New Order doesn't exist. The ToS are great!
