Can we please get skill managment in eve gate?

It's about time that this happens. If, for what ever reason, somebody is going to go some place where they can't play Eve (Sailors on a submarine, marines with fast deployment schedules, etc) because of narrow bandwidth or not enough time, it'd be nice if they can choose skills to train while they're gone through firefox. It's one thing to fire up eve, get the massive client downloaded, or what have you. It's something else entirely to log into eve gate.
