Skill Naming Consistency and Skill Grouping

In this topic I would like to collect some issues in subj.

In Odyssey 1.1 we have "new" group Engineering.
It have 2 issues:
1. All skills about capacitor was renamed this way: Capacitor Systems Operation, Capacitor Management and others. But Capital Energy Emission Systems was not renamed. It should look like Capital Capacitor Emission Systems.
2. Power Grid Management and Energy Grid Upgrades. 2nd should be Power Grid Upgrades.

Navigation
1. Cynosural Field Theory looks like a stranger in navi skillgroup
moreover, there is a suggestion about to rename that group. Proof: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=278607&find=unread

Electronic systems
1. The whole group can be named Electronic Warfare, but two skills are strangers: Cloaking and Tactical Logist. Reconfiguration.

Gets my support as consistency is important and removes confusion.

EDIT: OP: I'd change the Topic Title to something more specific: Skill Naming Consistency or something similar would work.

Energy Grid Upgrades is still required for capacitor-related modules, which aren't strictly related to Power Grid.

Okay I got your idea.
But let's look at the fitting panel: there are capacitor and power grid. But the skill-list tells us that there is third entity - energy grid.
What are relations between theese 3 entities?

Well, I don't know if it was on purpose, but CCP seems to have defined it as Energy Grid = Power Grid + Capacitor. It's as good a name as any to describe a skill that affects both.
