pos destruction. should it include fuel/charters etc in kill mail?

today I was wondering why when we destroy a pos tower why is there no list of the fuel and other things inside for the kill mail to give it a true representation of value.

everything is listed on ships that you kill so why not a pos tower itself?

will it be included at some point?

and do you think it should be?
