Can we PLEASE change the drone control unit to a passive module?

Totally agree. The first day in my carrier I discovered it was active and WTF'd all over Period Basis.

EDIT: Needed to be better thought out - basically was thinking it would be nice if drone control units had another small bonus of some kind (especially to make the officer ones worth bothering with generally) and that addition of the faction ones for different racial types of bonuses.
