Which of the following NM rebalances would be OP?

Here's a few proposals for changing the skill/role bonuses, independent of stat tweaks (to keep the base stats in line with the rebalanced T1s)

Suggestion 1

Role Bonus: +100% large energy turret Damage -> +150% large energy turret Damage
Caldari BS/level bonus: +5% Large energy turret damage -> +7.5% large energy turret optimal range
Amarr BS/level bonus: +7.5 % Large energy turret tracking -> unchanged

Result: same DPS as before with BS's at V, but now can apply damage farther out


Suggestion 2

Role Bonus: +100% large energy turret Damage -> +150% large energy turret Damage
Caldari BS/level bonus: +5% Large energy turret damage -> +5% shield resist
Amarr BS/level bonus: +7.5 % Large energy turret tracking -> unchanged

Result: same DPS as before with BS's at V, but now can take more punishment


Suggestion 3

Role Bonus: +100% large energy turret Damage -> +37.5% large energy turret tracking and optimal
Caldari BS/level bonus: +5% Large energy turret damage -> +5% shield resists
Amarr BS/level bonus: +7.5 % Large energy turret tracking -> +30% large energy turret damage

Result: same DPS as before with BS's at V, but now can take more punishment and apply its DPS farther out.


When I look at the resistances to a Mach nerf, I start to think that instead we need NM/Bhaal/Snake buffs.
I think suggestions ! or 2 would put it on par with the vindi, while suggestion 3 would be needed to put it on par with the Mach.
