eve voice doesnt work anymore

2 days ago i just couldnt activate my eve voice in fleet.
tried to reinstall the client but no help.
yes i got it turned on Big smile.
clicking,right clicking,double clicking on the squad,panic clicking on the squad,wing and fleet icons ..done it all i believe so now what??
