Got bored and looked at eve-offline.net

I was looking for a way to create a stealth "EVE is dying thread" in order stir-up players in support of WIS.

It seems that activity on tranquility is declining again if you look at the "all time" graph

Posting feigned concern in GD about the dip in player activity we always see at this time of the year might just work.

I know that eve-offline isn't the perfect indicator of where EVE is going. But I am curious as to why this may be the case.

I know the numbers don't actually support the argument, but I'm going to make a thread anyway and see if I get any bites.

How long do you suppose until we see the next "Star Citizen is going to kill EVE" thread or post, stealth or otherwise?

There's a million angry citizens looking down their tubes..at me.

I wonder if this "back to school" phenomena affects other games as it affects Eve right now. When I log in World of Tanks for example, it does not feel like there are less players connected to WoT then usual. It even feels numbers have slightly raised in the past few weeks. Different type of player profile maybe?

I think you can install WOT with limited security on other computers.

Such as, in a lab in university =P.
